1. Overview
By purchasing or subscribing to the Essential Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This subscription provides access to all editing tutorials available on the tutorials page of this website.

2. Membership Access
Upon successful subscription, members will receive access to all tutorials included in the Essential Membership tier. Access is granted for the duration of the active subscription period only.

3. Content Usage (Streaming Only)
All tutorials provided within the Essential Membership are available for streaming only.
Content may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared in any format. Unauthorized use of the content may result in termination of access without notice.

4. RAW Files Usage
Any RAW files provided are strictly for personal educational purposes only.
They must not be used for advertising, marketing, or promoting your services.

If you wish to share your edited work created from these tutorials or RAW files, you must:

5. Subscription and Billing
The Essential Membership is billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan). By subscribing, you authorize ongoing payments using your chosen payment method until the subscription is cancelled.

6. Cancellation Policy
To cancel your subscription and avoid further charges, you must:

You must submit cancellation requests at least 7 days before your next billing date.

Important:

Cancelling or deleting your membership through the website does not stop future payments.
You must cancel via your payment provider to ensure billing is stopped.

7. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the subscription and immediate access to content:

There are absolutely no refunds under any circumstances.
If cancellation is not completed at least 7 days prior to the next billing date, the next payment will be processed and is non-refundable.

You are responsible for confirming cancellation with your payment provider.

8. Responsibility of the Subscriber
It is the subscriber’s responsibility to manage their subscription, including tracking billing dates, cancelling in time, and verifying that future payments have been stopped.

Creative Integrity & Non-Derivation

By purchasing and using our products, you agree not to use any part of our content as direct or primary inspiration for the creation of competing products, including but not limited to digital backgrounds, overlays, composites, or collections intended for resale or distribution.

This includes recreating, imitating, or producing work that is substantially similar in concept, design, composition, colour palette, or overall aesthetic to any Sweet Soul Studios collections , whether in whole or in part.

The use of our products for the purpose of studying, reverse-engineering, or developing similar products for commercial release is strictly prohibited.

While general artistic inspiration exists across the creative industry, any work created following the purchase or use of our products that demonstrates clear or direct similarity may be considered a breach of these Terms and a violation of copyright and intellectual property rights.

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

Commercial Limitations
