Getting to know your clients without overwhelming them with questions is so important.

Sending this simple questionnaire will help you create a portrait that both the child and parents will adore.

I ask the questions on the phone and fill it in whilst they have it in front of them. If they aren’t sure of any of the answers they can fill the rest in and send it to you or bring it to the session.

If you are talking on the phone to the client then it is a great opportunity to expand on the questions and find out even more about each question.
